Healthy Lunch Recipe: Lemon Salmon and Navy Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 (15.5-ounce) can of navy beans

  • 1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • A dash of crushed red pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine

  • 1 (3.75-ounce) can of sockeye salmon

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

How-to make it:

Mix 1/4 can of navy beans, 1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, 1 teaspoon olive oil together and then a dash of crushed red pepper later. So it’s time to top with 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine with bean mixture and also 1 can of sockeye salmon. Finally, drizzle it with 2 teaspoons lemon juice. So all done guys!
