Easy Healthy Burrito Recipe

  1. 4 x 12in whole wheat tortillas

  2. 1 can refried beans

  3. 120g Little Gem lettuce (30g for each burrito), shredded

Direction:

  1. Heat both sides of your flour tortilla in a dry frying pan until soft.

  2. Spread out your prepared beans over it, followed by the fresh lettuce.

And then with “Energy-boosting burrito”

  • 150g roast chicken breast, chopped

  • 2tbsp of kidney beans in chilli sauce

  • 4-5 pickled jalapeños

  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved

  • A squeeze of lime

  • 4 coriander sprigs, leaves only

Direction:

  1. Put the beans into a medium bowl, cover and microwave it.

  2. Lay roast chopped chicken breast over your base of lettuce and refried beans, followed by the cherry tomatoes, beans, jalapeños, coriander and a squeeze of lime.

  3. Your dish’s already to serve……
