When you reduce the amount of calories you intake, your body starts to burn fat for energy instead of crabs. But, in this case, the calorie you are cutting down. It can make you lose muscle, so don’t overdo it.
Just cut calories from carbs and eat more protein. This will keep your muscle. The fact that if you cut too many calories, your body thinks that it’s starving. So it starts conserving and storing them, which means your body also reduces the fat-burning rate.

Brown rice (1cup)
Snack
Protein shake and frozen yoghurt (200ml).
