Cider vinegar has been hailed as a cure-all for a long time. It is also rich in nutrients that help you clean out your digestive system, detox. Cranberries are rich of antioxidants and flush toxins from our body.

How to make it.

  1. Mix shredded red cabbage with cooked cold turkey, finely-chopped flat leaf parsley, dried cranberries, sultanas, walnuts (or pecan nuts) and sliced red onion.

  2. Make a good seasoning by mixing the cider vinegar and buttermilk together. Buttermilk contains a tiny amount of fat that’s good for your healthy benefits.

  3. Dressing it! And enjoy eating.

How to make it.

  1. At first, cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, and then roughly chop it.

  2. Heat virgin olive oil in a wok and then fry a chopped clove of garlic until golden.

  3. Remove golden garlic from the pan and drain on kitchen paper to take extra oil out of it.

  4. Add minced chicken to the wok and splash of fish sauce, then stirring at low heat until the chicken is cooked.

  5. Stir-fry noodles and add more fish sauce, sliced lemongrass, chopped mint, coriander, lime juice, and some chopped chilli.

  6. It’s done! Then place them all on your serving dish and sprinkle over with the crispy garlic.
