Fat-Burning Spicy Sauce

Suitable with seafood, chicken or shellfish.

Only 47 Calories per 2 tbsp.

Ingredients:

  • 1 poblano pepper, cored and halved lengthwise

  • 2 jalapeño peppers, cored

  • 50g fresh coriander

  • 2 garlic cloves, halved

  • 1 tbsp peeled, thinly sliced fresh ginger

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direction:

  1. Grill the poblanos and jalapeños until charred, and then turning the jalapeños halfway through.

  2. Let them cool for about 4 minutes. And then peel and combine them with the other ingredients in a clean blender.

  3. Purée them until smooth, and pour the sauce to a medium jar.

  4. Please keep this mixture in the fridge for 2 weeks.

  5. Makes about half a pint for your perfect healthy meals.
